ORIGIN: Found only in Italy at elevations of sea-level to 900 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small to just medium sized, cold growing terrestrial that blooms in the spring with leaves that are still fresh on a terminal, erect, 6 to 24 [15 to 60 cm] long, 3 to 10[14] flowered inflorescence.
