ORIGIN: Found in Queensland and New South Wales Australia in moist shady areas close to creeks in rainforest or in sheltered gullies near open woodland or on rocks at elevations of 10 to 900 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte or lithophyte with a short stem enveloped completely by imbricate, leaf bearing sheaths with each carrying lanceolate, subacute, basally clasping leaves that blooms in the winter through early summer on an axillary, 4 [10 cm] long, several flowered inflorescence with fragrant flowers.
