ORIGIN: Found in Gabon, Zaire, Burundi, Rwanda and Uganda in humid forests and thickets at elevations of 1300 to 2200 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Medium sized, warm to cold growing epiphyte with an elongate, usually pendent stem carrying to 20, basally twisted so as to all lie in one plane, elliptic to oblong-elliptic, Unequally bilobed apically leaves with rounded lobes that blooms in the fall on usually several, 2 to 4 [5 to 10 cm] long, densely 15 to 30 flowered inflorescence.
