ORIGIN: Found in SW Cape Province South Africa, in moss on rock ledges or damp turfy areas in full sun at elevations of 1000 to 1500 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with radical, elliptical leaves that blooms in the spring on an erect, terminal, corymbose, to 12 [30 cm] long, 3 to 8 flowered inflorescence.
