ORIGIN: Found in Brazil.

DESCRIPTION: Miniature to small sized, cool to hot growing bifoliate species with ovoid, compressed, vertically rugose pseudobulbs that have a small, evanescent, basal and carries 2 apical, erect, linear-ligulares, canoe-shaped leaves that are attenuate below into the pseudo-petiole that blooms on a erect, 1 3/4 [4.5 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence arising on a mature pseudobulb and carrying fragrant flowers held above the leaves and occurring in the fall.
