ORIGIN: Found in Sierra Leone, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gulf of Guinea Islands, Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Zaire and Uganda at elevations of 50 to 1000 meters in rainforests on understory branches often near watercourses.

DESCRIPTION: Small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with a long branching, loosely attached, pendulous roots attached to a short, stout, central stem that blooms in the spring through fall on up to 15, erect to spreading, 1.2 to 2.4 [3 to 6 cm] long, to 22 flowered inflorescence with subacute to acute, 3 to 5 nerved sheathing bracts carrying faintly scented flowers.
