DESCRIPTION: A very rare and endangered, small to just medium sized, hot to warm growing xerophytic epiphyte that is found in Cuba with smaller, clustered, terete, pyriform or ovoid pseudobulbs carrying a single, linear-lanceolate, coriaceous leaf with serrated margins that blooms with non-fragrant, large flowers in the late winter to spring on a terminal, to 10 [to 25 cm] long, single to few [10] flowered inflorescence that is somewhat pendant.
