ORIGIN: Found in Bolivia, Paraguay, Brazil and possibly Argentina at elevations of 1980 to 2580 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small to medium sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with slender, terete, stems carrying a single, apical, narrow, terete leaf that blooms on a short, 3 to 6 flowered inflorescence with fragrant flowers that occurs in the spring and summer.

    B perrinii is NOT accepted by Kew. The accepted name is B tuberculata

    The name currently accepted by Kew is Brassavola tuberculata. This is a very recent change: https://powo.science.kew.org/results?q=Brassavola%20perrinii.
