ORIGIN: Found in Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia at elevations of 1400 to 3100 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Small sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial orchid with narrowly elliptic, acute, gradually narrowing below into the channeled, elongate, petiolate base leaves that blooms in the later spring through mid fall on an erect, to 10 [to 25 cm] long, several to many flowered inflorescence.
