ORIGIN: This epiphytic, medium sized, monopodial, hot to warm growing species is found in Queensland Australia and Papua and New Guinea in lowland rainforests at elevations of sea-level to 700 meters in deep shade.

DESCRIPTION: This epiphytic, medium sized, monopodial, hot to warm growing species is found in Queensland Australia and Papua and New Guinea in lowland rainforests at elevations of sea-level to 700 meters in deep shade with a semi-pendant growing stem with leaves all along and blooms in the winter through spring on a lateral, 1 1/4 to 4 [3 to 10 cm] long, crowded, pendant raceme with a few to thirty, fleshy, thick, longlasting flowers.
