ORIGIN: Found in French Guinea, Surinam, Brazil and Bolivia in foothills.

DESCRIPTION: Miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped by 1 to 2 tubular, acuminate sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, narrowly elliptical, acute, gradually narrowing below into the elongate petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall on an erect, to 1.2 [3 cm] long, fractiflex successively single flowered inflorescence.
