ORIGIN: Found in Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, Leeward Islands, Puerto Rico, Windward Islands, Trinidad, French Guinea, Guyana, Surinam, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru in tropical wet forests at elevations of sea-level to 700 meters.

DESCRIPTION: Miniature to small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte without pseudobulbs and 2 to 4, terete, fleshy, subulate, canaliculate, acute leaves that blooms on an axillary, arcuate, subpaniculate, subdensely several flowered inflorescence with narrow, acuminate floral bracts carrying, sweetly scented, showy flowers.
