Many plants are attacked; it produces powdery masses of yellow to yellow-orange spores; spreads easily; weakens plants; treat with a copper-containing fungicide, or Tersan; N319 (as Hemeleia americana); destroy the plant; spray all others with ferbam. BU61

RUSTS: Controls Captan and Ferbam are not used with official approval in combatting them, and to those can be added Fore/ Dithane for use on dendrobiums; some of the better ones, not yet legal are Bayleton, Triforine/Funginex and they might be worth looking for. AH86-70 0
