MILLIPEDES: Characteristics and Controls They feed on decaying organic matter, sometimes they feed on roots, especially of seedlings; their presence causes the media to break down early; use a pot drench of Diazinon; it has no phototoxicity in California. MILLIPEDES: Controls Drench with 1 ttpg. Diazinon WP. A77-995; drench lightly with Chlordane 45% concentrate at one fluid oz. per two gals, water. A71-1102 0
