Also known as surface active agents, surfactants, adjuvents, penetrants, detergents, spreaders, emulsifiers; they are non-toxic but damaging at high levels, or more than 10 ppm.; avoid regular use; recommended: Tergitol 15-S-9, Surfonic TD-90, and Neodol 25-9, and addresses given; leach well; refer to A71-317+; A67-677+
