Sometimes written as Trisodium (Ortho) Phosphate; a saturated solution it has a pH of 12 which seems effective for cleaning tools. A86-34

TRISODIUM (ORTHO) PHOSPHATE: A Safe Disinfectant, Easily Obtainable For virus control; not as fast or as effective as some others, but is the least expensive and well recommended; refer to A66-980; A68-29+; also sold as Spik and Span.
