Most commonly used is 0.2% mercuric chloride (one part bichloride of mercury in 500 parts of water) if still obtainable; may be purchsed in tablet form; 70% ethyl alcohol or grain alcohol is very effective; common denatured alcohol diluted is also satisfactory. A66-663; presumably Physan at less than normal strength would be satisfactory also. RMH
