The non-profit International Orchid Foundation (IOF) and OrchidWiz are partnering to help orchid nurseries during the health crisis.  We are happy to announce that all OrchidWiz current customers who are plant vendors qualify for a free OrchidWiz service.  These orchid vendors can submit a list of their orchids for sale together with photos to OrchidWiz, and OrchidWiz will upload the data to ORCHIDS.ORG in a batch process (details to follow).

We suggest vendors upload their list in a spreadsheet format to a Dropbox folder and then share link with 

The images can also be placed in this folder.

The spreadsheet columns can be the following:

Suggested Minimum Format

- Orchid Name (including variety and cultivar -- these fields may be separate columns)
- Currency (if not provided, US dollar will be assumed)
- Sale Price
- Shipping and Handling (per plant or group of plants)
- Web page address (per plant or for all the plants) and/or contact information

Suggested Medium Format

- Orchid Name (including variety and cultivar -- these fields may be separate columns)
- Noted parents (i.e., Grex A 'Select' AM/AOS X Grex B var. alba 'White Ghost')
- Ploidy (4N, 2N, etc.)
- Awards, if any
- Propagation (Cross, Division, Mericlone, Selfing, Sib Cross, Other)
- Maturity/Bloom Size (Seedling, NBS, Blooming Size, Large Specimen, Other)
- Container (Bare Root, Clay Pot, Compot, Flask, Mounted, Plastic Basket, Plastic Pot, Wooden Basket, Other)
- Plant Description (i.e., "Frequent blooming white clusters, dozens of flowers. Fall. Wonderful evening fragrance")
- Currency (if not provided, US dollar will be assumed)
- Sale Price
- Shipping and Handling (per plant or group of plants)
- Web page address (per plant or for all the plants)
- Contact Information (Name, email address, phone number)
