Plant: terrestrial, saprophytic, 15-50cm leafless red stem

Flowers: lax raceme with up to 35 yellowish pink flowers with crimson veining, deep crimson lip

Bloomtimes: May-August

Habitat: open forests and woodland

Comments:

Distribution: British Columbia thru Quebec south to California, New York
